healing info/help

my pally is almost 80 now and i planned to gear him up through 5 mans as holy since i find prot very boring on pallies and ret is even more boring.  my question is what is the best spec/glyphs for 5 man heroic healing.  FoL spam or a holy light build?  please give me your suggestions on what is the most efficient build for a new 80(almost there 2 lvls short) and what are the most most important stats for the build?  who is the best target to put your beacon on and how it works exactly?

I usually keep beacon and sacred shield on the tank and spam FoL and Holy Shock on the group since my mana sux.  For stats I've been trying to get Int+SP.

stack spellpower gems
glyphs are FOL crit, holy shock CD and 5% more healing
beacon the tank, spam FOL and HS on anyone but the tank

This is a 5 man build. It will blow for 25 man runs.

thanks for the answers folks, this was exactly what i was looking for.  i won't be running 25 mans conc, i never get the time to raid with aoa so i'm not gonna raid horde either, anyway i'm in the cowbell compells you horde side and they pretty much pvp only.
