http://forum.ancientsofazeroth.net/index.php?topic=67.0Yes
2. Character name: Cromium
3. Character Level: 80
4. Character class: Priest
5. Your age: 19
6. Times and days available to play (in Server time, be specific):Any day passed 7 server. However, the raiding nights I am prepared to take off of work an hour early to arrive on time.
7. Are you available to raid Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6-10PM server?
Yes
8. Are you open to raiding 10 mans with other guild members above and beyond our raiding schedule?
Yes
9. Does your schedule change at any time during the year (i.e.; going back to school, work schedule, travel, etc)?:
During the Fall and Spring, my college classes are scheduled throughout the day, which does not impact the raid times of this guild whatsoever.
10. What time zone are you in?:
Eastern
11. Are you in school or working?: Both. Full time student, work 40+ hours a week.
12. Post your Armory link to your PvE raiding gear and gearscore (this must reflect what is in your armory link):
http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Cenarius&cn=Cromium13. List your gearscore for all your class role(s)? (state gearscore by spec): 5510 GS for both Disc and Holy.
14. Are you the original owner of your account?: Yes
15. Do you personally pay for your WOW subscription?: Yes
16. Describe your computer specs and internet connection (processor, memory, video card): 9800 Nvidia graphics card. 4 gigs of RAM. Cable internet. Never ever d/c

17. How much Gold do you have (this is relevant to understand if you can afford the costs of raiding)?: Right now I have 50 gold. A week ago I had 5000. 2 weeks ago I had 1000. My gold fluctuates severely from week to week and even day to day. I have been an active raider since pre-BC though and have never had an issue with repairs, flasks, and affording the best enchants and gems for my gear.
18. What are the key responsibilities for your Class/spec in 25 man raiding?:
As holy, I raid heal and have the potential for much higher heals on a larger scale, spread throughout the raid. This spec shines when heavy AoE damage is constant throughout an encounter.
As Discipline, the theory is damage prevention. Shields shields shields. With a disc priest who knows his class well, half of the raid will be shielded at all times. Discipline priests are fantastic tank healers, and are very good at single target healing. If unexpected damage spikes a raid member, a disc priest is the best hope for survival. Instant cast shield to stop damage, followed by a quick penance makes short work of an otherwise certain death.
19. What resources do you use on the internet to keep up with your class?:
None. I've had this character since the beginning of BC, and at that time I was researching the best stat priority, rotation, glyphs etc. But after literally years of reading random forums and websites and posts on elitistjerks, I don't feel the need anymore. I know how to play the class at this point better than anyone else can tell me or show me.
20. How did you find out about us?:
I have known about the existence of AoA for years now. but never decided to apply until now. During BC my focus was PVP. When PVE was enticing to me in WoTLK, my focus was on my ele shaman on horde side. But, now I wish to finally raid seriously on my priest.
21. Do you know anyone in AOA?: Unfortunately, not that I am aware of.
22. Tell us about yourself:
I am 19 years old and live in New Jersey. I graduated high school a year ago, and since have spent most of my time working, focusing on school, and with my girlfriend. Approaching my third semester of college, I have learned to cope with the workload while still allowing WoW in my life in moderation.
As far as "a little bit about myself" in the WoW community, my days of playing WoW began pre-BC. My only toon was a warrior, who became the MT of a successful MC and BWL raiding guild. During BC, my focus was PVP on my priest and raiding on my warrior. Again, I MT'd for the top guild on the server on my warrior in SSC and EoE. This came to a halt though wyhen my guild xferred off of the server. I was torn between following them, and leaving my 4 arena partners behind. (our 5v5 rating was 2200, back when the top was 2500, and we were on the border of gladiator titles). Needless to say I stayed behind and missed glad title by under 20 points. Now in WotLK, I havent committed to anything until now. After leveling my three toons up to 80, I played very casually PVE'ing while taking many long breaks. But now I am back and wish to PVE.
23. What guild(s) have you been in before and why did you leave?:
The list of guilds I have been in is too long to begin to enumerate. I don't even remember most of them. Again, my focus on this character has only been PVP until recently. And until now, I have remained unguilded gearing up in ICC gear, just trying to find the occassional non-phail PuG. But throughout the many gguilds I have been in on all of my three characters, the primary reason I left was lack of skill and raid awareness that came to my attention after several or many raids. I've had one bad experience with corrupt guild leadership, which caused the guild as a whole to fall.
24. What is the longest you have been in a guild?
9 months.
25. Have you ever been a Guild officer? What were your duties?:
I have led several small guilds, one of which took off. On my warrior during BC, my small guild of friends expanded to cover some 25 man content in the beginning of the X-pac. My guild was soon rivaling the top guild on the server, and we competed for first on many server-first kills. This guild was later disbanded by myself when I decided to take a break from WoW towards the middle of BC. So as a guild LEADER, I know first hand all of the responsibilties that an officer or leader has. Keeping a constant watch over the guild roster means recruiting is always open to exceptional players, especially when some underskilled players in the guild might need to be replaced for the sake of progression. Knowing new encounters inside and out sometimes entails watching the same tankspot video 4 different times, or watching videos made by others. Dealing with petty issues, small arguements and such is a daily concern. As a guild that used loot council to distribute loot, deciding first hand who receives very rare loot is not easy. Playing god isn't easy. It's very hard to be fair sometimes, and even more difficult to keep everyone happy.
26. List your ICC experience and what roles you played?:
I personally have downed 11/12 ICC several times, all in PuG's on this character. On my ele shaman, I have pushed LK to p3 before wiping. This would mean Sindy is my furthest achieve, no kingslayer. But I am familiar first-hand with all 12 encounters and have read up on all of the HM's vigorously. My gear and skill are ready for any fight in ICC. Now I need the guild. This would also mean that the roles I have played are a healer, a ranged dps, and my very undergeared tank (4500) GS OT'd the first 6 bosses the other night. So I have first-hand experience as all three roles.
27. Do you have a headset with a microphone built in and have experience getting setup on vent?
Yes. Have a working mic and vent. Getting on vent takes all of 3 seconds.
28. Do you have a Blizzard authenticator?: Yes
29. If you do not have an authenticator are you willing to purchase one and how long would it take you to obtain one?:
